I’m a runner and sometimes my running gear smells like a wet badger. Shirts, shorts, buffs, running vests, hats, you name it! All fresh as a daisy! 💪
My partner exercises at home and when his got warm his gym clothes would “activate” and emit a smell 🤢 A test of products from the supermarket helped but didn’t fix. An add showed me GymWash which he bought and is GAME CHANGING and RELATIONSHIP SAVING. Brilliant product that’s now a non-negotiable.
Used on old gym gear that was still smelling when warmed up in training. After wash smell completely gone. Great product.
Made a significant difference to the smell. My shirts used to smell as soon as I put them on
I was prompted to buy this by my partner. I hadn't really noticed that my running gear still smelled bad when 'clean'. After the next wash I gave it a sniff, and it was still really bad. After a soak in Gym Wash then a wash, all my gear smells great. It has restored the moisture wicking quality as well by stripping out the oils from the fibres. I was dubious on the price, but having looked into other laundry products with the same enzymes, and even buying the enzymes separately in bulk, it's really good value. Strongly recommended!
Really impresssd with the early results of this product. I've used it on some old running kit which has worked well. I also soaked some pretty awful dog collars in GYMWASH, bringing them back to life!
I’ve been using gymwash in the drum on the pre soak and pre wash cycles in my machine. It’s shifted really old sweaty smells and stains on white and dark t shirts as well as gym gear. The whole wash comes out smelling clean not musty which used to happen no matter how much detergent or oxi powder I used! I’m absolutely delighted and gymwash now a regular part of my laundry routine.
My husband and I did a 6 day hike in the summer. At the end of the week we each had 6 pairs of smelly walking socks. I soaked them overnight with Gymwash before putting them in the washing machine. They came out smelling fresh and ready to use for our next adventure!
Unfortunately, it hasn't worked quite as well with my sports bras which still smell slightly even after soaking and washing. Not sure what that says about me?!
So far we are happy! I soaked my husbands running tops - although the water wasn’t brown, they did smell much better after they were washed and dried. Will continue to use this gym wash!
I bought 2 bags and use this for golf and gym clothes. These clothes don’t get particularly dirty but living in the Middle East they do get fairly sweaty. I was particularly looking forward to Gymwash getting rid of the musty smell after washing but it hasn’t had much success. I have washed small loads at 40° starting with 1 scoop but have moved to 2 and not noticed much improvement. I haven’t soaked any clothes yet as they are not particularly heavily soiled. After 5 washes I don’t feel I could recommend this to anyone and am disappointed because it sounded great. I’ll continue with a few more washes and maybe try a soak to see if that improves things but at this point my Fairy detergent has been much better.
Very nice smell as does what says on the packet. I ordered again already and it’s worth the money to stop my clothes from smelly horrible.
I am a PE teacher with active wear uniform which is at least 8 years old (schools cant afford much new kit) and all.my polo shirts stank, until I popped 2 scoops of Gymwash into a machine wash and miracles the smell has vanished and I have a whole drawer of uniform fit to wear again. Thanks
This stuff works better than I thought. I've used it on synthetic gym T-shirts whose staleness I'd been putting up with (sorry, fellow gym mates) and also on cotton T-shirts that have seen fresher days and am delighted with the results. I'm telling people about this. Thanks for saving me having to buy new kit!
I was sceptical at first, but wow — was I wrong! Gymwash actually works. My gym clothes have never smelled this fresh or felt this clean. Totally worth it!
Gymwash is the only thing that can get the funky smell out of my gym wear. Leaves it smelling lovely and the bad smell doesn’t come back when you are sweating during a workout.
I bought gymwash sceptically and thought if it doesn't work then at least I've tried to renew my gear...
Soaked and washed the items as per instructions and then waited patiently for them to dry - already noticed they didn't smell like they used to straight out of the wash!
My items are now wearable again, and I am delighted. The tea tree smell has also made the room smell nice when they dry!
To summarise, I will repurchase forevermore. Love the packaging and simple instructions also.
Started out sceptical, read lots of the reviews and decided to give it a go. Fantastic customer service and fantastic product
Gymwash really does help keep active clothing pong free. Easy to use and does exactly what it claims to.
Still on my first bag but this works and my expensive gym stuff always smells fresh!
Does what it says on the tin. Magic stuff! Saved me throwing a load of gym kit away which I thought had passed its sell by date.
I’ve just placed my second order of Gymwash and I am very impressed. It keeps my gym clothes smelling fresh.
It does the job, but some items do need the soak in order to remove the smell. The scent is very light, opposite to regular brands.
I spend most days in gym wear & do a lot of exercise daily so thought I’d give this a try after reading lots of reviews on it. Well what can I say, it’s amazing. It leaves my sweaty gym wear fresh & clean. Will defo be using regularly!!
Seems to do the trick! I like that it’s more natural than other detergents (I think!)
